Animal Rescue Team

Calling all animal rescuers! When disaster strikes, animals will need your help to escape floods, fires, and earthquakes. Do you have what it takes to succeed in Animal Rescue Team?

Test your skills against the worst disasters that nature has to offer. Can you free a cat trapped in a collapsed building, rescue a goat from a rushing river, or save a pair of dogs caught behind a fire line?

In this fully cooperative game, you'll work with a team of expert specialists to safely evacuate animals to shelters, before time runs out and a second team must arrive to save the day!

Animal Rescue Team is the first title in the "Shut Up & Sit Down Presents" game line.

Fountains

Welcome to the elegant city of Florimelle, where a grand beautification effort has begun. In Fountains, you’ll become a master Fountaineer tasked with transforming Florimelle’s gardens and plazas by creating the most magnificent Fountain the world has ever seen!

Fountains is a take-and-make game in which each player starts with a round fountain that features a spout and room for four features.

On a turn, move one of the tokens 1-3 spaces clockwise around the central board, skipping occupied spaces, to land on an empty space. You then take the top tile next to this token and add it to your board. You can expand out or up or both, but you want to ensure that you have a spout at your highest level and water flowing through all of your lower levels or else you'll have dead zones that won't score. If you stop next to the tiny oval features instead of a tile stack, choose one of these features and add it to an empty space in your fountain.

When someone lands on the green, blue, or white space with the matching colored token, everyone scores for the linked item: lilypads, separate pools linked by constant water flow, and fish. (Fish come in three types, and the player who scores fish chooses which color scores.) For each item, you score 1, 2, 3, etc. points if the item is on the first, second, third, etc. level.

When a player hits a point threshold, players then score for all three colors once again, as well as endgame bonuses such as 2 points per coin icon and 4 points for a set of fish in the three colors.

Flow

Flow is a cooperative game where players work together to connect four animal spaces to the boat tile in the center of the board by drawing and playing tiles. Do you have what it takes to save the animals?

If players run out of tiles they and the animals have not been connected to the boat, they all lose.

The game uses a timer, and each time it runs out, players roll two dice that tell them where the giant wave strikes and washes away tiles already placed.

A Place for All My Books

A Place for All My Books is a puzzley book gathering, sorting, and organizing game in which players arrange stacks of books in different rooms of their apartment as personal projects. When done, they can admire their accomplishments and gain their rewards – not least of which is renewed energy, which they can then spend to head out into the village - to pick up more books!

Over nine rounds, players visit locations and gather books to complete objectives and earn Victory Points. The player with the most Victory Points wins.

The organizational puzzles are easy to accomplish, with the challenge being how many of them you can accomplish all at once to optimize each "admire" action.

A Place for All My Books includes a solo mode in which you must beat the game's rival: Penelope Eveready, an untiring extrovert who seems to be grabbing all the books you had wanted.

Terraforming Mars: The Dice Game

Terraforming Mars: The Dice Game is a card-driven dice game in which players use special dice to develop their corporations and terraform Mars into a new home for humanity. The dice represent resources that players spend to play cards and perform other actions. During the game, you increase your production of dice, terraform, place cities and greenery tiles on the board, and gain various bonuses. Each turn, you either produce new dice (Production Turn) or perform actions (Action Turn).

Whenever you terraform Mars (raise oxygen or temperature, or place an ocean tile), you gain 2 Victory Points (VP). You can also gain VP for placing tiles and playing cards, as well as winning Awards and Milestones.

The game ends when two of the three global parameters — oxygen/temperature/ocean — have been completed. The player with most VP wins.
