Card Game

Alien Artifacts

Game description from the publisher:

Alien Artifacts is a 4X-style card game in which you play as an interplanetary faction, sending your research vessels into uncharted space to expand your knowledge and power. Build powerful ships, develop new technologies, and explore distant planets for anything — or anyone — you can exploit.

Alien Artifacts is built on a Resource engine - each turn you will have 3 Resource cards in your hand and you will decide how best to spend them. Each resource card has two different resource types for you to use. You can only use one side and only two cards per turn! Using these resources, you will build Ships, develop Technology, discover Planets, or Trade for currency!

New Ships allow you to attack the aliens and gain their valuable artifacts which provide huge bonuses.
With each new Technology card in your Empire, you will have access to more actions, bonuses, and scoring opportunities.
Each Planet you explore provides valuable resources for future actions.

There are two sides to each of these cards, and as you build them you will decide:
Logistics - play cards on this side to gain ongoing bonuses that will make your Empire stronger and help you build faster.
Operational - play this side to gain a new way to score victory points (and yes, you will be able to activate your operations more than once, if you play well).

Manage your Resources, build the right cards, make wise choices. Win!

Alien Artifacts provides a true 4X experience in under an hour. With over two hundred cards, Alien Artifacts offers players many scoring strategies and great replay-ability.

Condottiere

It is 13th century Italy. Trade is flourishing between the city-states and the Levant. Venice, Florence, and Genoa are all bursting with wealth. However, each city-state is also plagued with a weak national army, leaving them defenseless against invasion from their envious neighbors. Enter the Condottiere.
As veteran English soldiers returned from the Crusades, Italy found itself with an influx of desperate and capable men. These hired swords were contracted to fight for individual city-states by an agreement known as a condotta. The most elite of these men were the mercenary leaders known as the Condottiere.

The object of Condottiere is to acquire four connected provinces in renaissance Italy. To do this players auction off different provinces on the board and bid on these provinces with a hand of cards representing mercenaries, seasons, scarecrows, and political figures. However, unlike standard auctions in which only the highest bidder loses their bid, in Condottiere every player loses their bid. Players are, in effect, bidding the number of troops they are willing to lose in order to win a province. However, several special effect cards shake the contests up and keep the players guessing.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: A Gemstone Mining Game

Play Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: A Gemstone Mining Game and press your luck as you collect valuable gems from the mine and earn bonus points by discovering gem combinations from Snow White objectives.

In the game, which is based on Quartz, you and your fellow dwarfs do what you do best — mine for gemstones. It's off to work you go, collecting as many as you can to trade in for Snow White pie points. Beware of your friends as well as the dangers that lurk in the mine that could force you to return home empty-handed. Have the most pie points after five days in the mine, and you win!

Snow Time

Snow is falling! Winter is finally here!
A joust is in the making: let the show begin!
You play as children, representing your village, and face your
opponents in a joyful competition around a marvelous tree.
Anticipate other players’ moves and guess their intentions.
Be crafty, collect strange fruits, and dodge the snowballs!!

Fruits appear randomly on the board at different levels of the tree.
The players will try to seize them and therefore will have to choose on which branch they want to climb.
Be careful though, a player will only be able to harvest fruits if he is alone on a branch, and if there is not a player in ambush just above him!
Thus, He will try to anticipate the choices of his opponents since otherwise a squabble will start, which will inevitably end up by the loss of cards, unless one of the brawlers dominates the fray.
Finally, the cleverest player will score a point for avoiding the fight by being the lowest in the tree.
Between racing game, bluff, and double guessing.

Subatomic: An Atom Building Game

Subatomic: An Atom Building Game is a deck-building game in which players compete to build a number of available elements, which score them points.

Each player starts with the same small deck of cards that consist of proton, neutron, and electron cards. They use these cards to build upon their current atom (by playing these cards face-up as subatomic particles) in an attempt to construct one of the available element cards. Alternatively, players may use their hand of cards to purchase more powerful cards for later use (by playing them in combinations of face-down cards as energy and face-up cards as subatomic particles). Subatomic introduces a unique variation on deck-building with a highly accurate chemistry theme, with the ultimate goal of building elements to score points, but allowing many varying types of strategies.
