Hirelings the Ascent

Deep in the underground lair of the foul dragon Rovert is a vast treasure that had been sought by a group of the most daring adventurers. Valiantly they made their way down to depths of the Earth and readied themselves to defeat the dragon, hoping to earn glory and riches – but the mighty creature was waiting, breathing a blast of heat and fire upon them, leaving only their boots!

No one will remember the tale of these unlucky heroes except the hapless group of awestruck hirelings now standing in Rovert's lair, frozen with fear. Feeling helpless as the dragon moves closer and curls his tail behind them, the survivors tremble. The snorting dragon crawls right up in front of them, but instead of breathing fire, it opens his mouth menacingly, as if to draw another breath – or maybe to eat them! At that moment, the bravest of the group yells, "Run!"

In an instant, the terrified hirelings scramble away, seeking the quickest way out of the dragon's lair. Unfortunately, that's not the way the heroes brought them in, but a new escape route fraught with danger! Their only hope of survival is to use their quick feet and the items strapped to their backs. Unfortunately, they are not too bright (and not very fast) and they have no clue how anything they're carrying might help them. Will they make it out? Only you can determine their fate...

Hirelings: The Ascent is a board game for 2 to 6 players who become the frantic escapees, trying to find and fight their way back above ground. As a hapless hireling, will you be able to make it out? Can you win the game by being the first one out of danger?

Walking Dead Board Game

Waking up in an empty hospital after weeks in a coma, sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes finds himself utterly alone. The world as he knows it is gone, ravaged by a zombie epidemic.

The Walking Dead Board Game is based on the AMC television series, The Walking Dead. The zombie apocalypse is here and the human race is on its last legs. As a survivor, you need to collect all the food, guns, transportation, and allies you can find - but watch out! If any of your fellow survivors get bitten, they'll turn into walkers... and turn against you.

Players take on the role of Rick, Shane, Andrea or one of the other stalwart remnants of humanity as they struggle to survive while learning to live with one another. Innovative gameplay can lead to unexpected alliances, as "every man for himself" blends with cooperative play and players race to get back to camp alive. Ever-dwindling resources make every decision "life or death" ... and as the supplies run out, the tension ramps up in this post-apocalyptic world.

You can play as Survivors and Walkers! Create unexpected alliances to get back to camp alive, blasting zombies with shotguns or crossbows – or stalk your former friends as a risen corpse.

This easy-to-learn game includes two scenarios: Survival Mode and Team Game.

Strike Dice

Basic Gameplay
Strike Dice is a game for 2-4 players. Each player owns 8 Pyramid Dice and must place on the board as many as possible. The purpose of the game is to collect the most Triangle Cards which they carry variable effects and help you during the game. To win a card you must place the most dice on the board at the end of every Triangulation.

The game board is separated into a number of shapes. The large kit shapes in Red and Blue are called Tribases. Each of you, can place max 1 die on a Tribase. The Red bases are strategically important as they help to spread your dice on the rest dark bases. The small red triangles, at the base of each Tribase is an Exit Point. There are 4 in total and through these, your dice can enter and move on the board.

Strike Dice is a clever, short in time and easy to learn game carrying a new innovative way to use Pyramid Dice. We call them Pawndice because they have 2 roles in the game. You can use them as Pawns and as Dice too!

Merchant of Venus

Merchant of Venus uses many elements which come together to form a very interesting game. Players take on the roles of space traders who move their ships through interconnected systems discovering new alien worlds to trade with. As players start to make money delivering commodities in a unique supply-and-demand system, their earnings can be used to purchase better ships and equipment (shields, lasers, engines, etc...) and construct their own spaceports (which speed up trading) and factories (which create better commodities). Variations included in the rulebook allow for interplayer combat. The player who first acquires enough total value ($1000, $2000, $3000, $4000) in cash and port/factory deeds takes the day.

For the 2012 edition of Merchant of Venus from Fantasy Flight Games, the company promises that this revision "remains true to its magnificently campy core while updating the map and game components and expanding game play in surprising ways that will cause even the most hardcore fan to celebrate." That said, the player count has been lowered from six (in the Avalon Hill edition) to four, with the four races in the game being Human, Whynom, Qossuth, and Eeepeeep.
